This is the ticket box office for Heavy Weighs the King. Here's what happens with your information when you buy a ticket.
What we collect. When you place an order we collect your name, email address, and order details. That's it — we don't ask for more than we need.
How we use it. We use your information to process your order, send your tickets and receipts, and email you practical details about the show you're attending (schedule, parking, changes). If your order includes a vinyl bundle or a digital album, we use your email to get those to you.
Payments. Card payments are processed by Stripe. Your card number goes directly to them — we never see or store it.
Analytics and advertising. With your consent, we use Google Analytics and Meta (Facebook/Instagram) tools to understand how people find our shows and how our ads perform. Meta may receive a hashed (scrambled) version of your email to match purchases to ads. You can decline this via the cookie banner and still buy tickets normally.
Who we share with. Only the services that make this box office run: Ticket Tailor (ticketing platform), Stripe (payments), and the service that delivers your digital music. We never sell your information, and we don't share it with anyone else.
